SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

• Involve in Requirement Gathering Sessions & JAD Sessions to define needs and develop an action plan and specification document.
• Design and implement a Salesforce application using agile methodologies. Create custom fields, pick lists, field dependencies and validation formulas to the custom objects
• Implement Apex Classes & Triggers and link them to manage the workflows implemented in the system. Utilize different Salesforce clouds- (Sales & Service) to configure & develop custom logics using Apex classes, triggers to meet the business needs.
• Develop and work on different Salesforce.com environments such as Sandbox and Production. Integrate Salesforce CRM with external applications such as eTRM (Electronic Technical Reference Manual) explicitly using web services API. Create test scenarios on the Sandbox environment and migrate code to deployment.
• Master’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any) is required.
• Work location: Princeton, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
